Railways to attach extra coaches to Okha trains to clear rush

RAJKOT: In order to facilitate the large number of pilgrims visiting Dwarka and Okha on occasion of 'Poonam' and clear extra rush, Railway's has decided to attach four extra General Coach on Ahmedabad-Okha Fast passenger train on 8 September and Okha-Bhavnagar Passenger train 9 September.

Railway officials said that four extra general coach and one luggage van will be attached in train Ahmedabad-Okha fast passenger train between Rajkot and Okha on 8 September. This train departs from Rajkot station in the night at 10.40pm and it will reaches Okha in the morning next day at 05.10am.

Same way, on 9 September, four extra general coach and one Luggage van will be attached in Okha-Bhavnagar passenger train between Okha and Rajkot. This train departs from Okha station in the afternoon at 2.45pm and it will reach Rajkot in the night at 10.50pm.

Fare of local ticket in these trains for Dwarka is Rs 45 and for Okha is Rs 50.
