"Now we will not make development plans for districts by sitting in Bhopal now; it will be made at district headquarters and that too by calling a panchayat for it," announces CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan at Dhar on Thursday during a programme 'Aao Banaye Apna Madhya Pradesh'.
Elaborating further, Singh said now they will prepare a customized development plan for every district. For this, they will call a panchayat at every district headquarters to take suggestion from the people regarding development of district. After analyzing suggestion of people and comprehensive development plan for district will be prepared.
Ahead of parliamentary election, Singh also tried to address the concern of business class, core voters of BJP, and promises to take issue for amendment in new food security act.
CM said he is aware about the problems faced by the business community due to new provisions of food security act, so he is going to write a letter to Prime Minister urging to remove some of the provisions of act.
To tap small entrepreneurs, CM said state government is working on developing a web of small-scale industries in the state. State government is also forming a "Business Development Board" to ensure that people can carry out business in state without any problem.
